THE NEW BATMAN COSTUME AND THE NEW BATMOBILE

Newsarama has just shown the first images of the new batsuit and batmobile (read the article here ). The costume resembles the batsuit in The Dark Knight Returns comic book especially the bat symbol on the chest and the shorter ears on the cowl.

I can't critique the costume. It looks great from my perspective. Snyder was true to his word when he said he would use elements from "The Dark Knight Returns" in this Superman/Batman movie. I hope the movie turns out well.

LINSGATE TO REBOOT THE POWER RANGERS

 

LionsGate has made plans with Saban Entertainment to bring the Power Rangers to the big screen according to Entertainment Weekly.

This will be a reboot of the franchise that began in 1993 and is still going on 20 years later with new incarnations. The movie's premise will be the same as the original show with high school kids getting amazing powers to vanquish the forces of evil.

I was a fan of the Power Rangers show in 1993 and this could be another great franchise for LionsGate who already has "The Hunger Games" and "Divergent" on its list of box office triumphs.
